Andrea Watros
Andrea Watros, President - Nearly 30 years of business experience, specializing in financial services for businesses and individuals. Andrea graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Business Administration with Majors of Accountancy and Finance. She then went on to earn her M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial, banking and small business environments. She has held certifications for Life/Health Insurance Agent in the state of Ohio, and also Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.

Experience in "Corporate" America
Andrea started her career in retail banking for a major bank and in that capacity performed a variety of duties including Banking Center Manager and District Sales/Service Coach.
Entrepreneurial Experience
With a desire to "dive" into the small business realm, Andrea then moved on to owning and operating a community swimming pool. She was responsible for marketing, sales, safety, regulatory compliance, employee and customer relations. She also served as a key leader in efficiently buying, managing and selling the business. This got her feet wet in the small business arena. From there, she purchased and continues to own and operate a growing ice cream/chocolate franchise. From there she has been involved in several successful start-ups.
Small Business Experience
In addition, Andrea has worn hats working as the CFO, Controller, HR Manager, Office Manager, and Real Estate Manager. Andrea has performed financial management functions including development of monthly/quarterly financial statements, financial forecasts, and budgets. She oversaw general accounting functions, including AR/AP, payroll, account reconciliation, and cash management for several small businesses. Andrea has also administered all financial management systems, evaluating and integrating new applications. She developed and managed employee, vendor, and supplier relationships.
